Cassandra has been a training for 10+ years. She specializes in bodybuilding, calisthenics, Pilates, animal flow, and joint care . She has helped clients; lose 100+ lbs, summit mountains, rehab sports injuries, achieve the first pull up, prepare for fitness competitions and even choreographed dances for proposals, cabarets, and comedy shows . Whatever your goal, she can create a program to achieve it.

Cassandra’s approach to fitness is methodical and based in exercise science. She has been a NCSF certified trainer since 2014. She believes that you, as the client, need to understand and feel what you’re trying achieve: The focus is to move well and pain-free while working on aesthetic goals. Consistency is more important than intensity. These are life skills that we build through physical exercise that leads to mental strength.
